Texas Longhorn Equities is a Partnership of Investors who own, operate and manage rental housing properties. Our Primary goal is to help make your move and stay with us as comfortable and as easy as possible. We have put together a group of individuals that together as a team have a full range of abilities and experience to assist you in your relocation and provide you with a comfortable home. Chris Dodson - Managing Partner    cdodson@txlec.com Chris has been associated with the Multi-Family and Rental housing market for over 15 years. Chris owns and operates a Property Management company, developed several new duplex sites, purchased and rehabbed apartment complexes and works with City and State agencies on Rental Housing issues. Chris works out of the Fort Worth office and supervises the day to day operations of the Property Management Company and works with project developments.   Gary Prince – Managing Partner    gprince@txlec.com Gary Prince primarily works with the Property Developments and Investor relations. Gary works out of our California office. Gary has over 30 years of Rental Housing and Mortgage Brokerage Experience. Cynthia Gordon – Vice President    cjackson@txlec.com Cynthia has 20 plus years experience in the Property Management business. Cynthia overseas the operations of the Property management company. Cynthia also handles all the accounts payable and receivable, and oversees the service personnel.   Elsa Ortiz – Property Operations Manager     eortiz@txlec.com Elsa has been in the property management business for over 8 years. She has managed several apartment units and well as duplex and single family units. Elsa has also worked with Government Housing Agencies. Her primary responsibilities are tenant collections and tenant move out inspections.   Trish Mounce – Leasing Manager    tmounce@txlec.com Trish handles all new tenant applications, tenant renewals and customer service. Trish is our front line person. She will be the person you will usually talk when you have questions concerning your lease.   Bill  Handrahan – National Marketing Director    bill@rei4me.com Bill works out of our California office and handles all new Investor Sales and Relations. Bill also works with web site development and National Market advertising.
