Application
Application:
The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE $45.00
on the first rental application, $25.00 on each additional application.
All occupants 18 or older must complete a
separate
application unless you are married and have the same last name, then you may use
one application and only one application fee will be charged. We will verify
your rental history, your employment history, credit and criminal history.
Monthly income must be at least 3 times the rent. Applications must be filled
out completely. If you are breaking your lease, being or been evicted, owe
another rental property money or provide false information you may be rejected.
When a credit application is approved, the deposit amount must be paid within 48
hours of approval to hold unit. We can only hold a unit for 2 weeks. Most
special are for immediate occupancy only and do not allow any hold time. DEPOSIT
AND FIRST MONTHS RENT MUST BE IN CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY. NO CASH OR
CHECKS. After the Deposit and First Months rent are paid, we do allow checks.
Disclosure of the credit report is the legal obligation of the credit bureau.
Lease Prices:
All lease
prices are based on a 12 Month lease. 6 Month leases are $50.00 per month more,
and 3 Month leases are $200.00 per month more. 3 Month leases are also
responsible for all turn cost (ie, painting,
cleaning, cost to return the unit to the same
condition as when lease started)
Pets:
Some of our
properties allow pets with a $400.00 pet deposit. All pets must be over 6 months
old. Max 2 pets per unit. We do not allow Pit Bull or Chow full or a mix of these Breeds.
NOT ALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. ALL
PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BEFORE THEY ARE BROUGHT ONTO THE PROPERTY. We
require all pet shot records, statement of pet type, pet breed, and pet age to
be signed off by a Veterinarian. Please contact our office concerning your pet.

IMPORTANT!: As
Per Paragraph 37 of the TAA Lease, all notices from Tenants to Texas Longhorn
Equities must be signed by an employee of Texas Longhorn Equities for receipt of
notice. This is for your protection and ours that we have received a notice from
you. If you mail or fax a notice to us, please call and confirm we received
notice. A signed copy will be returned to you by mail within 5 days of receipt
of notice.
