Becoming a Landlord is not for the Faint of Heart

Purchasing a rental property is an excellent way to plan for your future. With that being said, there are so many things that come along with owning rental properties that you may ask yourself where to start. This is where a reputable Property Management company can be a lifesaver.

We will set-up a time to meet with you at the property if you are in the area. If you are out-of-state, we will communicate via phone calls, emails, and video. When we meet, we will provide documentation showing what comparable properties are renting for in the area. This will give us a good idea of how much rent to charge. We will then walk room to room with you and suggest what things may or may not need to be done to in order for you to get the highest return on your investment.

Once the property is ready to be leased, we can take it all from there.

If the property is vacant, we will start marketing your property for lease. We have several ways that we market. Most of our properties are preleased, which means there is very little time for you between tenants. If the property is occupied, we will work with the current tenant to ensure a smooth transition.

We will handle all of your tenants’ needs so you do not have to. The property will be rekeyed. This protects you, us, the previous tenant, and your new tenant. We handle the application process, leasing, move-ins, and the collection of funds. We hope that your tenant will stay for many years to come but if they decide to vacate once their lease is fulfilled, we just start the process over again. Market, show, lease, maintain, renew, and repeat.

We will only contact you when necessary – Other than that, you’ll just see your rent payment along with your owner’s statement each month!
