Founded in 2001, Texas Longhorn Equities has grown and developed into a team-oriented company that works hard to alleviate the difficult task of managing rental properties. We are all licensed Realtors therefore we attend classes and acquire certifications regularly to ensure we are up to date on the world of Property Management. We offer a full range of services to maximize your financial potential, while at the same time tend to the everyday management of your properties.

Currently, we have over 400 rental properties in the greater Fort Worth area however we also range out to Arlington, Mansfield, Weatherford, Crowley and Granbury. We strive to fill each unit with the most qualified of applicants, as we perform a screening process to include a credit history check, a background check, and both rental and employment verification. In addition, we provide the following duties and services:
  • Set up showings of available properties to prospective residents. We also prelease our properties.
  • Perform credit, criminal and rental history checks to ensure we have qualified tenants moving into the properties.
  • In house maintenance and an emergency line to address after hours emergencies.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance to all units.
  • We manage all financial transactions from collecting rent to security deposit disbursement.
  • Distribute detailed monthly owner statements to owners with their payments.
  • Extensive marketing of properties starting the day we receive intent to vacate notice.
